We're looking for a People Partner (Contract-to-Hire) who can build and run people systems for a dynamic, operations-heavy environment, with a strong manufacturing background and a bonus if you've worked around aerospace or adjacent industries.
This is a role for a thinker & doer who can bring structure to creativity, translate on-ground realities into people processes, and ensure every Reveur's journey from contract to potential conversion feels seamless, human, and robust from a compliance and operations standpoint.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (with clear evaluation milestones and a strong intent to convert for the right fit)
Function Focus: People Operations, HR Business Partnering, and Compliance with a manufacturing / industrial operations lens.
You will:
Build & Run HR Systems for Contract and On-roll Talent
Own daily HR operations onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, attendance, and shift / roster-related workflows primarily through Zoho People Plus, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Recruitment & Onboarding for Manufacturing / Operations Roles
Support end-to-end recruitment for roles in manufacturing, industrial operations, or engineering-adjacent functions, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and structured onboarding.
Manufacturing-Focused People Practices
Translate the realities of shop-floor / production environments into policies and rhythms (attendance, leave, time-tracking, safety briefings, training records, etc.), and ensure people processes are practical, not just theoretical.
Policy, Compliance & Documentation
Work with leadership, legal, and finance to align on statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing setups (labor laws, contractor arrangements, vendor documentation, shift norms, etc.).
Vendor, Contractor & Third-Party Management
Manage documentation, contracts, onboarding, and performance tracking for vendors, contractors, and third-party partners supporting operations or manufacturing. Ensure clean audit trails and compliance-ready records.
Culture & Engagement Across Blue- and White-Collar Teams
Support engagement initiatives that speak to diverse personas (shop-floor staff, engineers, product teams), and help design forums, rituals, and communications that connect everyone back to Reveriext's mission.
Data, Insights & Reporting
Maintain people dashboards, track metrics (attrition, attendance, contractor performance, probation / contract conversions, etc.), and surface actionable insights to leadership.
Aerospace / Advanced Manufacturing Lens (Bonus)
If you have experience or exposure in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing, help us bring that level of rigor, documentation discipline, and systems thinking into our people processes.
