About the Role Reveur | People Partner (Contract-to-Hire)

We're looking for a People Partner (Contract-to-Hire) who can build and run people systems for a dynamic, operations-heavy environment, with a strong manufacturing background and a bonus if you've worked around aerospace or adjacent industries.

This is a role for a thinker & doer who can bring structure to creativity, translate on-ground realities into people processes, and ensure every Reveur's journey from contract to potential conversion feels seamless, human, and robust from a compliance and operations standpoint.

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (with clear evaluation milestones and a strong intent to convert for the right fit)

Function Focus: People Operations, HR Business Partnering, and Compliance with a manufacturing / industrial operations lens.

You will:

  • Build & Run HR Systems for Contract and On-roll Talent

    Own daily HR operations onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, attendance, and shift / roster-related workflows primarily through Zoho People Plus, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding for Manufacturing / Operations Roles

    Support end-to-end recruitment for roles in manufacturing, industrial operations, or engineering-adjacent functions, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and structured onboarding.

  • Manufacturing-Focused People Practices

    Translate the realities of shop-floor / production environments into policies and rhythms (attendance, leave, time-tracking, safety briefings, training records, etc.), and ensure people processes are practical, not just theoretical.

  • Policy, Compliance & Documentation

    Work with leadership, legal, and finance to align on statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing setups (labor laws, contractor arrangements, vendor documentation, shift norms, etc.).

  • Vendor, Contractor & Third-Party Management

    Manage documentation, contracts, onboarding, and performance tracking for vendors, contractors, and third-party partners supporting operations or manufacturing. Ensure clean audit trails and compliance-ready records.

  • Culture & Engagement Across Blue- and White-Collar Teams

    Support engagement initiatives that speak to diverse personas (shop-floor staff, engineers, product teams), and help design forums, rituals, and communications that connect everyone back to Reveriext's mission.

  • Data, Insights & Reporting

    Maintain people dashboards, track metrics (attrition, attendance, contractor performance, probation / contract conversions, etc.), and surface actionable insights to leadership.

  • Aerospace / Advanced Manufacturing Lens (Bonus)

    If you have experience or exposure in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing, help us bring that level of rigor, documentation discipline, and systems thinking into our people processes.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 35 years of experience in HR operations, People Partnering, or HRBP roles.
  • Significant exposure to manufacturing, industrial operations, plant HR, or similar environments.
  • Experience with aerospace, defense, or highly regulated engineering environments is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
  • Skilled at running end-to-end HR processes using tools like Zoho People and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable managing shifts, attendance, contract cycles, and on-ground documentation for operational teams.
  • Recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and compliance are part of your daily toolkit.
  • Comfortable dealing with contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and statutory paperwork.
  • Confident working with plant managers, operations leaders, engineering teams, and corporate functions (legal, finance).
  • Able to translate what is happening on the ground into structured updates and recommendations.
  • Naturally empathetic, but also methodical in how you design and run systems.
  • Curious and adaptive, using AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to draft communication, policy templates, checklists, and playbooks.
  • Comfortable using Notion / Sheets for dashboards, trackers, and documentation.

Bonus

  • Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or other high-compliance industrial sectors.
  • Exposure to safety, quality, or audit-heavy environments, where documentation and traceability really matter.

  • Zoho People Plus for HR workflows, data, contractor lifecycle, and automation.

  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) for drafting communication, policy drafts, SOPs, and insights.
  • Notion / Sheets for content drafting, dashboards, records, and tracking.
  • E-sign & Compliance Platforms for agreements, contracts, NDAs, and vendor coordination.

If you have used HR tools in manufacturing or aerospace environments (ERP integrations, time & attendance systems, etc.), that's a plus.

(Some travel or coordination with on-ground locations may be required based on manufacturing or partner-site needs.)

Contract-to-Hire Expectations

  • Initially engaged on a contract basis of 6 months.
  • Performance during the contract period will determine eligibility for full-time conversion.
  • Opportunity to support cross-functional HR projects during the contract period.
