People Operations
- ExecutionOwn and process onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, leaves, compensation updates, and off
- boarding.Deliver a structured, seamless onboarding experience for n
- ew hires.Ensure timely, compliant execution of HR transactions across multiple c
- ountries.Partner crossfunctionally to support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and data
- accuracy.Escalate risks, inconsistencies, or compliance gaps a
s needed.
Employee & Manag
- er SupportServe as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and sound
- judgment.Interpret policies and employment requirements across multiple ge
- ographies.Help identify recurring themes and develop scalable solutions (documentation, automation, improved w
- orkflows).Support the development of a case management or service deliv
ery model.
HR Systems & Dat

Qualifications
47 years experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or- Shared Services.Handson experience with an HRIS (Workday h
- ighly preferred).Experience supporting global or multico
- untry workforces.Strong understanding of HR compliance
- and data privacy.Excellent communication, judgment, and proble
- msolving skills.Ability to work in a fastpaced, evolving environment with shi
- fting priorities.High attention to detail, operational rigor, and o
- wnership mindset.HR certification (SHRMCP, PHR, etc.) is helpful
