What You'll Do
As a People Operations Partner reporting to the Head of HR, you will support all critical HR processes across the employee lifecycle, engagement, performance, L&D, and people analytics. You will work closely with employees and managers to build a high-performance and high-engagement environment.
Your responsibilities will include
Employee Life Cycle Management
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiencesfrom pre-joining coordination and induction to exit processes and documentation.
- Conduct new-joiner interactions, probation evaluations, role confirmations, and transitions.
- Manage employee documentation, HR dashboards, HRMS updates, compliance requirements, and overall data accuracy.
- Draft clear communication, policy updates, and HR calendars to support smooth operational rhythm.
- Handle sensitive cases with confidentiality, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Conduct skip-level connects, new-joiner check-ins, pulse surveys, and ongoing touchpoints to stay close to ground realities.
- Plan and execute organization-wide engagement initiatives and recognition programs to strengthen culture at scale
Learning & Development and Talent Management
- Work closely with the Head of HR to build and operationalize a scalable competency framework enabling structured growth and capability development
- Drive the end-to-end L&D cyclefrom training needs identification and program planning to tracking training hours and evaluating effectiveness.
- Coordinate internal training sessions, knowledge-sharing forums, and skill-building initiatives.
People Analytics
- Track and report key HR metrics including attrition, engagement, hiring velocity, and bench strength.
- Use data to diagnose issues such as team-level attrition patterns, performance bottlenecks, or burnout risks.
- Provide dashboards, insights, and trend analyses to leadership for informed decision-making and continuous organizational improvement.
Change Management
- Support the Head of HR in driving organizational transitions such as team expansion, restructuring, role realignments, and policy rollouts.
- Execute communication plans and engagement strategies during periods of changeincluding project realignments and leadership transitions.
- Help employees adopt new processes and ways of working in a rapidly evolving environment, ensuring strong adoption and minimal disruption.
What Makes You Fit for the role
Academic Background: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed B-school.
Technical Expertise:
- 23 years of relevant experience in HRBP, HR generalist, or people operations roles.
- Hands-on experience with performance management, talent engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and HR partnering.
- Strong understanding of HR frameworks, organizational behavior, and people processes.
- Comfortable using HRMS tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets for data-based decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsable to handle leadership communication with maturity and clarity.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
