Investing is stressful and emotional. Building & growing wealth is difficult and time-consuming. Most individuals struggle with managing their investments and money. Our goal is to help individuals grow their wealth without the stress, time, and costs involved in a traditional investment. At Dezerv, we are building a platform that leverages our decades of investment expertise to help individuals invest better for their future.

What are we trying to solve/mission

We are passionate about helping Indians invest better. We manage investments with active oversight to help both sophisticated and new investors build long-term wealth across various market conditions.

We are looking for a dynamic People Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our people function, ensuring the smooth execution of various initiatives and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end pre-onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate people records and data, including personnel files, attendance records, and HRIS updates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of people policies, procedures and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support in internal communications and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in handling people operations in the organisation, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRMS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, resourceful and adaptable team player with a people-support mindset.
