HR Operations SpecialistGlobal HR Shared Services | IndiaAbout the RoleAs part of our HR Operations team, you'll be the first point of contact for employee HR queries, delivering consistent and timely support across the employee lifecycle.What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across HR systems.
- Oversee HRIS data governance, reporting, and audits to maintain high data integrity standards.
- Lead payroll input validation and coordinate with finance and vendors to ensure seamless salary processing.
- Drive policy implementation and statutory compliance, supporting internal and external audit requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Handle employee queries across policies, payroll, benefits, and lifecycle events
- Resolve cases through HR ticketing systems within defined SLAs, Improve the TAT's over a period of time.
- Maintain & Build HR knowledge base and FAQs
- Enable implementation of the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues and track resolution
- Support transactional HR operationsWhat We're Looking For
- 57 years of HR operations or shared services experience
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
- Experience supporting global employees is a plus
