RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR operations and overall employee experience.
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Organize the onboarding process, & lead the new employees orientation.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives in a planned manner.
  • Organize and facilitate team-building activities, and drive employee recognition programs.
  • Administer the employee referral program through timely processing and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate HR compliance data and resolve Employee queries
  • Flair to understand and work on HR tools and bring in process optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for organizational improvement.


EQUIREMENTS:-

  • 34 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Operations roles
  • Outgoing & confident personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Adept in stakeholder management and attention to detail.
  • High emotional quotient & zeal to learn various aspects of People function on the job.
  • Agile and collaborative individual with a knack for problems solving.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to program, manage HR initiatives, process formulation and provide support to people partnering team will be an added advantage
