Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides direction to employees at all levels of the company regarding Company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Works with Business Partner and to revise and update Company policies, procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbooks.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives
  • Assists with the coordination of Company functions as needed
  • Responsible for communicating company information
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations
  • Contribute towards space planning, Employee orientation, training & development

Technical Requirements

  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
  • Must be organised & methodological to problem solving approach
  • Knowledge of Performance Management
