Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent for ANIL's cutting-edge projects in green hydrogen, battery, and electrolyser technologies.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align HR strategies with ANIL's operational goals and decarbonisation initiatives.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture aligned with ANIL's mission of market leadership in sustainable energy.
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical roles within the business unit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that reflect ANIL's commitment to innovation and sustainability.
- Utilize advanced HR analytics tools to provide data-driven insights for decision-making and to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires into ANIL's dynamic and innovative work environment.
- Drive leadership development programs to build managerial capabilities aligned with ANIL's strategic priorities and growth trajectory.
- Manage employee relations and provide strategic guidance to resolve workplace challenges while maintaining a positive organizational climate.
- Ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with Adani Group's broader mission and values.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development is
preferred.
