We're Hiring - People & Culture Intern (Paid)

At LaFetch, we're building a fashion-first marketplace that delivers the best of India's homegrown brands to customers in under 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.

We're growing fast, which means we're constantly meeting new people, building teams, and shaping the way work feels here.

We're looking for a People & Culture Intern who wants to be in the middle of all of this. Not just doing HR tasks, but actually understanding how hiring, onboarding, and culture come together in a fast-moving startup.

What you'll do

Hiring & Recruitment

  • Source and reach out to candidates across roles (tech, creative, ops, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with speed and clarity
  • Keep track of candidates, feedback, and hiring pipelines
  • Help improve how we hire, faster, better, and more structured

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding end-to-end, documents, joining flow, first-day experience
  • Help design smooth and thoughtful onboarding journeys
  • Make sure new hires feel settled, informed, and excited from day one

Culture & Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, team moments, and small events
  • Work on ideas that make LaFetch a place people enjoy working at
  • Support feedback collection (check-ins, surveys, informal touchpoints)

HR Operations & Admin

  • Support day-to-day office operations and coordination
  • Work with vendors and internal teams when needed
  • Help keep processes organised and running smoothly behind the scenes

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, you're comfortable talking to different kinds of people
  • Proactive and reliable, you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Detail-oriented and organised, especially when handling multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HR tools are a plus
  • Genuine interest in people, behaviour, and how teams work
