Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and draft clear, inclusive job descriptions.

Lead the full recruitment cyclesourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing roles.

Build diverse talent pipelines through platforms, networks, and referrals.

Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and oer rollouts while ensuring equitable, inclusive hiring practices

Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and represent the organisation at sector and campus events.

Work with the HR Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding

People Development Support

Support teams during goal setting and performance review cycles by coordinating timelines and documentation.

Contribute to strengthening competency expectations and identifying development needs.

Assist the HR Director on people-centric initiatives that enhance culture, clarity, and capability across teams.

Help drive consistent, people-focused processes that support growth and alignment across the organisation.

What are we looking for

36 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the development, start-up, or consulting space.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms and basic ATS tools.
