Key Responsibilities

  • People, Culture & Performance:
  • Manage hiring coordination, onboarding, documentation, and exits
  • Understand team roles and align responsibilities with structured performance tracking
  • Support leadership in building accountability and monitoring systems
  • Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and well-being initiatives
  • Introduce policies that strengthen culture and align teams with organizational values
  • Finance, Analytics & Business Monitoring:
  • Coordinate invoicing, renewals, and payment follow-ups
  • Develop understanding of revenue, profit, and expense structures
  • Generate financial trend insights and support metric tracking
  • Assist in structured financial reporting and compliance coordination
  • Founder Coordination & Operational Governance:
  • Manage founders calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings
  • Track action items and ensure cross-team follow-ups
  • Improve operational clarity between leadership and teams
  • Introduce structured processes, documentation systems, and efficiency improvements to support scalability
