Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Insurance / Loan Sales Agent to join our domestic process team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable insurance or loan products.
Client: India (Domestic)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers
- Explain insurance and loan products in a clear and persuasive manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Build long-term customer relationships
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in insurance or loan sales (BPO experience preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of financial products (insurance/loans)
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
