PE&A:Process Excellence & Automation Team - Wholesale Banking

The department aims to drive high impact projects delivering process transformation and quality improvement across business functions. The team supports and augments the customer experience platform across the Wholesale Banking by
.Carrying out service quality review for all products and processes
.Driving improvement across all service processes (both from design as well as processing perspective)
.Handling escalations in all three lines of business (Retail / loans / Credit cards).

About the Role

This position will play a key role within the CXT team to help identify bottlenecks across the Wholesale Banking processes and lead to provide tailored solutions to improve and transform in order to meet higher

Key Responsibilities:

.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience by engaging with internal and external stakeholders
.Identify areas where operation teams are not meeting defined goals and formulate improvement plans, update/implement SLAs where applicable
.Meet defined project goals and formulate improvement plans update/implement SOP's where applicable
.Define and document business process and methodology.
.Oversee and lead the implementation of process improvements to ensure project targets are met through digitization/process improvement or process transition
.Collaborate across the departments to improve processes driving efficiency, quality and on time delivery
.Develop and report on metrics for business processes, identifying and correcting processes

Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.MBA Finance
.4 to 6 years in banking or financial industry

.Knowledge- Banking operations and WB products and processes

.Skills - Project Management, Operational Improvement, People and Stakeholder management, Digital Transformation

.Abilities - Analytical solution, End to end project implementation and delivery
