Mandatory Skills:
- 6+years of PEGA Application Design & Development (Pega 8.x / 24.x).
- LSA Certification from PEGA.
- Strong experience in Application Architecture & Design, converting business requirements into technical design.
- Hands-on with DCO tools (Application Profiler, Enterprise Application Accelerator).
- Expertise in class structure design, data modeling, UI rules, validation, decision rules, flows, and correspondence rules.
- Experience in development and support projects, PRPC environment setup.
- Familiarity with PEGA Scrum (Agile) and Smart BPM.
- Skilled in Design Review, Code Review, and adherence to PEGA Guardrails.
- Knowledge of performance tools (PAL, AES, PLA) and deployment process using PEGA tools.
- Understanding of Agents, File Listeners, Access Group, Class Group, Access Roles, and Privileges.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
