Pega Solution Architect

Enterprise/ Solution Architect

A minimum of 15+ years of IT experience

Minimum 8+ years of experience working as Pega architect with Pega version 7 or higher.

Knowledge of any of Pega's frameworks such as Customer service, CLM, Smart Dispute, CDH is required

Should have in depth knowledge of Case management, security, integration, data pages, reporting, UI, Exception handling etc

Should be able to build workflows and demos within short duration of time leveraging the OOTB rules as much as possible

-Experience in Enterprise application development

-Good Hands on experience on Pega

Any exposure to Pega upgrade, cloud migration will be an added advantage

Should have good experience with Agile methodology or Pega Express

Should have used Pega's tools such as AUT, Scenario testing, PDM, PDC, Profiler etc

Knowledge of Pega's latest features including Gen AI, Agentic and Blueprint is a plus

Should be good in communication

Knowledge of other BPM tools like Appian, Camunda, Flowable is desirable

Architect design and implement small to large scale solutions adopting various technologies.

Conduct design architect review, gap analysis and assessment when required
