Pega Lead System Architect

Exp : 10+years

Work from office - Hyderabad

Adaps is hiring experienced Pega professionals with 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years as a Lead System Architect (LSA). This role involves leading, building, and delivering high-impact Pega solutions. We are looking for someone who has successfully built practices from scratch, enjoys managing end-to-end delivery, can drive scalable implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and is eager to work with cutting-edge technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC and Pega-based applications.
  • At least 3+years in a Lead System Architect (LSA) or similar role, responsible for end-to-end solution design, implementation, and delivery.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading large-scale Pega projects across various domains (e.g., financial services, healthcare, insurance, etc.).

Technical Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Pega PRPC (version 7.x and above), Pega BPM, Pega Decisioning, and Pega Cloud.
  • Expertise in Pega Rule-based design, integration (SOAP, REST, JMS), and data management.
  • Experience with Pega's tools for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), such as Jenkins, and understanding of DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong experience in Java, SQL, and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with application security, performance tuning, and scalability considerations in Pega applications.

Certifications:

  • Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is a must.
  • Other Pega certifications (such as Pega Senior System Architect) and additional industry certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum, TOGAF) are a plus.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, handling project deliverables, timelines, and escalations.

Project Management:

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; certification in Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering Pega solutions in a cloud-based environment (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with Pega Robotics and integration with RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in application development.
  • Experience in other platforms or tools (e.g., Java, .NET) would be beneficial.
