Role Purpose
The Architect provide design solution end-to-end for enterprise application. Using a Business Architect's functional design, the Architect creates the technical design, develops the enterprise class structure and reviews infrastructure requirements such as data architecture definitions and data management plans. The Architect leads technical teams, delivers technical guidance and advice, enables team members, and provides knowledge transfer to customer.
- Extensive experience in designing/architecting enterprise solutions. Drive design, development and delivery for the team.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to understand complex software systems and give cost efficient
- technical designs/solutions to business.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Pega (preferably- LSA or Sr. SSA)
- Must have solid foundation of developer level general IT Knowledge (Oracle DBs/SQL, Unix, integration protocols, J2EE)
- Technically proficient in project planning, estimation, dependencies, risk-mitigation, gap analysis and consulting.
- Should be able to handle stakeholders
- Drive changes and process improvements for technology - with initiatives to promote reusability, best practices that needs to be followed across enterprise, etc.
- Helping the team in their technical enablement and growth
Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
- Must have acted as responsible LSA on at least on multiple project
- 8+ years of relative experience
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Pega version 7.x and 8.x , Pega constellation.
- Must have solid foundation of developer level general IT Knowledge (Oracle DBs/SQL, Unix, integration protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively especially in an onsite/offshore setup
- Excellent analytical skills, able to understand complex software systems
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- Degree or higher degree in software engineering or related technical discipline
- PEGA Certified System Architect
