About the Role

We are seeking a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to help expand our Pega practice. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical architect with proven customer-facing skills and the ability to drive practice growth through solution leadership, client engagement, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Pega solutions for enterprise clients.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting solution strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.

Drive expansion of the Pega practice by mentoring teams, contributing to solution accelerators, and supporting pre-sales activities.

Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, frameworks, and enterprise architecture standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Guide and mentor junior Pega developers and architects to build strong internal capability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory.

10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 6+ years in Pega PRPC design and development.

Strong experience in architecting end-to-end Pega applications, including integrations with external systems.

Excellent customer-facing and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Proven track record in solutioning, pre-sales support, and practice building.

Hands-on experience with case management, decisioning, workflow automation, and Pega frameworks.

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with focus on team growth and capability development.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in banking, financial services, or insurance domains.

Exposure to cloud deployments (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of complementary tools and technologies such as AI/ML integration, APIs, RPA, or DevOps.
