Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the technical lead for Pega application development and architecture.

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification is desired.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Pega development, with at least 2+ years as an LSA.

Design and implement solutions leveraging Pega Product Builder Framework for policy administration and underwriting workflows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions.

Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.

Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Pega architecture and design principles.

Participate in solution reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Skills & Qualifications:

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification is desired.

Minimum 12+ years of experience in Pega development, with at least 2+ years as an LSA.

Strong expertise in Pega Product Builder Framework and policy administration systems is desired.

Experience with underwriting workflow applications in insurance or related domains.

Solid understanding of Pega design patterns, integration strategies, and deployment best practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a hybrid environment.
