Role Overview
We are seeking a Pega Lead Decision Architect (LDA) with deep expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale, AI-driven customer decisioning solutions. The role requires hands-on decision architecture skills along with technical leadership, solution governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Pega CDH / Decisioning solutions
- Define and govern Next-Best-Action (NBA) frameworks across channels
- Design enterprise decision architectures, including arbitration, prioritization, and eligibility rules
- Oversee Adaptive Models, Predictive Models, and AI strategies
- Drive real-time and batch decisioning implementations
- Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails, decisioning best practices, and performance standards
- Guide and mentor Senior & Junior Decision Architects
- Collaborate with business, analytics, and IT teams to translate objectives into scalable decision strategies
- Support production rollouts, tuning, and optimization
- Act as the decisioning SME for stakeholders and leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on Pega Decisioning / CDH experience
- Pega Certified Lead Decision Architect (LDA) Mandatory
- Strong expertise in:
- Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Next-Best-Action Designer
- Decision Strategies & Arbitration
- Customer Profile & Contextual Data
- Adaptive & Predictive Analytics
- Experience integrating decisioning across omni-channel platforms
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
Good to Have
- Domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Telecom
- Experience with A/B testing, Champion/Challenger, and experimentation frameworks
- Exposure to Big Data & Streaming integrations (Kafka, Hadoop, REST APIs)
- Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of Pega AI, Explainability, and Compliance features
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Pega Certified Lead Decision Architect (LDA) Required
- Additional Pega CDH / AI certifications are a plus
