Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements.

- Perform system integration and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Maintain and enhance existing Pega applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of Pega applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
- Proficiency in Pega application development, including case management, data modeling, and user interface design.
- Experience with Pega integration techniques and tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Pega (e.g., Pega Certified Senior System Architect).
- Experience with Pega Cloud and Pega Robotics.
- Familiarity with Java, SQL, and web services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Pega.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
