Pega Developer

• We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing Pega applications, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Maintain and support existing Pega applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in Pega development.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Pega development.
• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and related frameworks.
• Experience with Pega BPM and Pega CRM applications.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Certification in Pega (CSSA or CLSA) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
