Pega Developer

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer/Lead with a strong technical background in Pega development. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, be Pega CSSA certified, and possess expertise in rule implementation, low-level design, and integrations (SOAP, XML, Java, SQL). This role requires hands-on experience in Agile projects and a deep understanding of Pega Guardrails to ensure compliance with best practices. The candidate must be capable of working across all phases of the application development lifecycle, applying both business knowledge and technical expertise to deliver robust solutions.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Pega rules and workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design and build low-level system components while adhering to Pega Guardrails.
• Work on integrations such as SOAP, REST, XML, Java, and SQL to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing system performance.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Requirements:

• Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.
• 4+ years of experience in Pega application development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega integration technologies (SOAP, REST, XML, Java, SQL).
• Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
