Pega Developer

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega PRPC, Pega Infinity Platform, and Cosmos UI. Candidates must have experience in the healthcare industry and hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level BPM applications.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using PRPC v6.x/v7.x and Pega Infinity Platform.

- Work on Cosmos UI, case management, workflows, and business process automation.

- Configure Pega rules, sections, layouts, portals, integrations, and reporting.

- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and other enterprise interfaces.

- Perform performance tuning using PAL, Tracer, DB Trace, and other Pega tools.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in application design, development, unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintain coding and development standards.

*Required Skills:*

- Strong experience in *Pega Development, Pega Infinity Platform, and Cosmos UI*.

- Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of PRPC v6.x/v7.x, case management, and BPM.

- Pega certification: CLSA preferred; minimum CSSA certification required.

- Hands-on experience with Pega rules, integrations, reporting, and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.

- Understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web technologies.

- Experience with REST, SOAP, HTTP, and other integration protocols.

- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

*Preferred Skills:*

- Experience with Smart Case Manager (SCM), Decision Strategy Manager (DSM), and Next-Best-Action Advisor (NBAA).

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and iterative development methodologies.

*Certification:* CSSA minimum; CLSA preferred.
