1- CSA and CSSA certification should not be done recently, 2019,2018,2017,2016 is good to go.
2-Candidate should have at least 3.5 years of development experience.
3-If candidate is familiar with Pega 7 and 8 version that will be good
4-Candidate should not be interviewed with Carelon recently.
5-Any Pega framework experience is added advantage (Smart Claim Engine) Or US health care domain.*
