Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Architecting and building Pega applications, ensuring they align with business goals.
Technical Leadership: Guiding development teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with BAs, PMs, and SMEs to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Architecture: Creating technical blueprints, frameworks, and design patterns for Pega solutions.
Performance & Optimization: Ensuring system scalability, security, and performance through tuning.
Integration: Designing complex integrations with enterprise systems (LDAP, databases, other apps).
Documentation: Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Essential Skills & Experience
Extensive Pega Experience: 10+ years in Pega development, especially PRPC.
Core Pega Knowledge: Strong grasp of Case Management, Declarative Rules, Data Pages, Decisioning.
Architectural Expertise: Deep understanding of Pega architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Integration Skills: Experience with enterprise-level integrations.
Mentorship: Ability to lead and coach junior developers.
Certifications: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is a plus
