Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers, SMEs, and architects to understand pain areas and project requirements.
Design and architect PEGA solutions tailored to customer needs.
Create functional designs, construct class hierarchies, and define object models.
Define test strategies and ensure quality deliverables.
Develop roadmaps and provide technical leadership for PEGA project implementations.
Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture, design, and coding.
Mentor PEGA experts and conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Work across multiple projects to provide PEGA technical leadership.
