8+ years of overall experience, preferably within the banking or financial services domain
- Mandatory prior experience with Pega Smart Dispute (PSD)
- Project Coordination: Manage projects involving Pega applications, ensuring timely and within‑budget delivery
- Must have prior experience with Pega Smart Dispute (PSD)
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Pega Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Pega solutions to optimize business processes
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor developers, analysts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all solutions comply with banking regulations and mitigate potential risks
- Relevant certifications such as Pega LSA, Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate
- Agile Coach, PMP, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
