Your Role:
The Pedagogy Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining high pedagogical standards across company-owned and franchisee preschools within a specific region. This role focuses on training, evaluating, and enhancing pedagogical practices across all units to drive continuous improvement in the educational environment, aligning with Dibber's global philosophy. The role requires extensive coordination with educators and curriculum teams to support unit performance, ensuring adherence to set standards and policies.
