Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad, India, for a PEB Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Richa Industries PEB solutions. Primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging new market opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business development goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in marketing strategy, strategic planning, and campaign management
• Experience with business development, market research, and client relationship management
• Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media campaign management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in sales within the construction or PEB industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, India, and travel to client locations when required
