What you'll be doing:
- Turning complex PEB concepts into precise shop, erection, and GA drawings.
- Reviewing and checking drawings like a hawkquality and accuracy are non-negotiable.
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, project managers, and even international clients.
- Preparing BOMs that are as clean as your detailing.
- Using CAD (AutoCAD or equivalent) + 3D tools to keep things sharp and up to standard.
- Mentoring junior detailers who look to you for guidance
What you bring to the table:
- 3+ years in PEB/structural steel detailingyou know the ropes.
- CAD wizardry (AutoCAD or equivalent) and a strong grip on steel structures + codes.
- Leadership skillsyou can guide a team without micromanaging.
- Clear communication, sharp problem-solving, and enough Excel skills to keep data under control.
- A degree in Civil Engineering (or something close enough).
