Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical skills in insurance products to accurately update and maintain policy records in the system.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to policy changes ensuring a high level of service.
  • Analyze policy change requests to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure all policy endorsements are processed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Support team members in resolving complex policy servicing issues fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and their applications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in processing changes and endorsements within the insurance domain.

  • Show attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation and records.
  • Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve policy servicing challenges.

Certifications Required

Insurance Certification such as AINS or equivalent is preferred.
