Join our dynamic team as a PE-Maps specialist where you will leverage your expertise in MAP and Cards & Payments to drive impactful solutions. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our payment systems. Your contributions will play a crucial role in advancing our companys mission to deliver seamless financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement MAP solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize payment processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MAP-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for MAP systems ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members.
  • Conduct regular assessments of payment systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Participate in the development and testing of new payment features ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve payment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all payment-related activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices in MAP and Cards & Payments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to team members on MAP systems and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance the companys payment capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MAP with a proven ability to implement and support MAP solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Cards & Payments domain with a deep understanding of industry practices.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Display adaptability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
