About this Position Support the development of innovative polymer-based products through laboratory synthesis, formulation, testing, and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute R&D projects, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Experience with polyurethane (PU), polymer synthesis, PVC or rubber systems is preferred.
What You´ll Do
- Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
- Conduct analytical testing in support of projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Actively participate in departmental activities such as panels, meetings and committees
- Take part in innovating product by exploring new technology or performance improvement methodologies
- Prepare and deliver technical reports for product development projects
- Monitor and adjust product development processes as needed
- Create test plans and make design changes
- Comply with all regulations and safety precautions
- Candidate with experience in PU, polymer synthesis, PVC plastisol & rubber is preferred
What makes you a good fit
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/ M.Sc. in polymer engineering/polymer coatings/ chemistry-organic, polymer science, material science & related fields
- More than 2 years of experience in chemistry lab, experience in adhesives lab preferred
- Hands-on experience in laboratory work, formula processing & testing, data management
