About this Position We are looking for a motivated Product Development professional to support the development and optimization of adhesive products. The role involves conducting analytical testing, analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical reports, and driving product innovation through new technologies and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience with water-based and hot melt adhesives and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
What You´ll Do
- Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
- Conduct analytical testing in support of projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Actively participate in departmental activities such as panels, meetings and committees
- Take part in innovating product by exploring new technology or performance improvement methodologies
- Prepare and deliver technical reports for product development projects
- Monitor and adjust product development processes as needed
- Create test plans and make design changes
- Comply with all regulations and safety precautions
- Candidate with background and experience in water-based and Hotmelts adhesives are preferred
What makes you a good fit
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/ M.Sc. in polymer engineering/polymer coatings/ chemistry-organic, polymer science, material science & related fields
- Minimu 1 year of experience in chemistry lab, experience in adhesives lab preferred
- Hands-on experience in laboratory work, formula processing & testing, data management
