PCT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure PCT performance supports plant goals: capacity, operability, economy, compliance, quality, safety, environment.
• Plan and execute PCT maintenance and investment projects, managing technical, budget, and timeline aspects.
• Maintain compliance with local technical/legal rules and company policies.
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules based on equipment performance and best practices.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement PCT modifications and improvements.
• Troubleshoot Process Control System (PCS: DCS/SIS/PLC) issues, adjust maintenance plans, and initiate improvement projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and interface with vendors/instrument manufacturers.
• Minimize equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning.
• Prepare maintenance activity reports and submit to supervisors.
