TheMVP is a growing system integration and IT hardware solutions company specializing in custom PCs, workstations, servers, and AI/ML hardware deployments. We work with startups, enterprises, and individual professionals who rely on performance-critical systems.
We are looking for skilled and reliable Service Technicians who enjoy hands-on hardware work and problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, upgrade, and test custom desktops, workstations, and servers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (CPU, RAM, GPU, motherboard, PSU, storage)
- Perform on-site and off-site service calls.
- Install operating systems, drivers, BIOS/firmware updates
- Cable management, thermal troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Coordinate with internal sales/engineering teams for deployments
- Maintain service logs and basic documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in PC / IT hardware servicing (freshers with strong skills may apply)
Strong understanding of:
- PC components & compatibility
- BIOS/UEFI settings
- Windows installation & basic Linux knowledge (preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot systematically
- Comfortable handling high-value systems and client environments
- Two-wheeler preferred (local travel within Bengaluru)
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with workstations, servers, or rack systems
- Knowledge of networking basics
- Exposure to AI/ML hardware or GPUs
- Prior experience in system integration companies

Compensation:
- CTC: 2-3L + Incentives (may increase depending on skillset and experience)
