- Fails Management
- Liaising with all stake holders (TS / CS/ RM/ TD)
- Provide timely update on trade status.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues in order to settle trades.
- Investigate into Nostro and Depo breaks and timely resolution of breaks.
