Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of motor insurance products through various channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our motor insurance policies.
• Achieve sales targets set by the organization.
• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in motor insurance and participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques.

Required Skills:

• Proven expertise in Sales Techniques specifically tailored to insurance products.
• In-depth knowledge of motor insurance policies, terms, and conditions.
• Strong communication skills for both one-on-one client interactions and group presentations.

Secondary Skills:

• Adept at problem-solving to effectively address customer issues or objections.
• Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Experience Range:

6months-2 years

Job Timing:

This position requires the candidate to work in-office as per standard business hours.
