India, we are seeking a
Payroll Specialist to join a world-class SAP S/4HANA consulting company.
Your Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end payroll process with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage payroll using ERP / HRIS / payroll tools.
Prepare and file statutory compliances: EPF, EPS, NPS, TDS (24Q), and social security returns.
Manage Form 16 generation, leave encashment, gratuity calculations, and payroll audits.
Address employee taxation and payroll‑related queries.
Prepare and publish MIS and payroll reports.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as required.
Your Experience And Skills
6-8 years of payroll experience in a standalone/individual contributor role.
Strong hands‑on experience managing payroll independently.
Strong expertise in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
In‑depth knowledge of EPF / EPS / NPS and compliance filings.
Hands‑on experience with 24Q TDS return filing and payroll taxation.
Excellent proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
Experience with payroll software and HR systems.
