Role Description

This is a full-time Payroll Specialist role, based on-site at our Vijay Nagar location. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing employee payroll, verifying timekeeping reports, handling payroll discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations. Additional duties include generating payroll reports, maintaining employee payroll records, and collaborating with HR and Accounting departments to address staff queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.

• Proficiency in payroll processing software and tools
• Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills to liaise with employees and other departments
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other related software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll or a related role is an advantage
