Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, reimbursements, bonuses, and variable pay.
  • Coordinate with finance teams and payroll vendors for seamless payroll execution.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution.

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, and other labour laws.
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders for timely filings and statutory reporting.
  • Maintain statutory records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with changes in labour laws and ensure organizational compliance.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update data in HRIS systems (ZingHR or similar platforms).
  • Support HR reporting and dashboards related to workforce data and HR metrics.

Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication programs.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen employee connect, culture building, and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate activities such as townhalls, employee events, and engagement campaigns.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and better workflows.
  • Ensure consistency in HR processes and documentation across the organization.
  • Support HR leadership in implementing operational HR initiatives.
