Specialist - Payroll

Own and lead end-to-end payroll processing, audits, and escalations

Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for 10,00012,000 employees

Full & Final Settlement, Maker Checker, Taxation Validation, TDS Return submission

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF within agreed SLAs

Generate payroll dashboards and reports; manage data accuracy and security

Optimize payroll tools and SaaS systems for better efficiency and scalability

Skills Required

B.com mandatory / MBA Graduate Preferred

Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience for in India Payroll Processing (for Grade 3 & above)

Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and payroll applications (MS / others)

In-depth understanding of taxation, payroll laws, and HR Tech systems

Location : Delhi/ NCR ( flexible to relocate as needed)
