Job Description

Urgent opening on EMEA Payroll Specialist.

Exp: 4+ Years

Loc: Hyderabad (WFO) 5 Days

We are looking for an experienced EMEA Payroll professional with strong expertise in payroll processing and compliance for Spain, Belgium, and the UK. The candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end payroll operations, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring statutory compliance and payroll accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA countries (Mainly for Spain, Belgium & UK)

Validate payroll inputs including: New hires, Terminations, Salary revisions, Variable pay, Overtime, Allowances, Benefits & Deductions and Leave & attendance inputs

Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders.

Ensure payroll compliance with country-specific labor laws and statutory requirements.

Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting.

Handle employee payroll queries within defined SLA timelines.

Support audits, payroll transitions, and process improvement initiatives.

Ensure timely payroll approvals and payroll sign-off.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in EMEA payroll operations.

Good understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements in Spain, Belgium, and UK.

Experience working with payroll vendors and HRIS/payroll systems.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to additional EMEA countries is an added advantage.

Experience in payroll transitions or implementation projects preferred.

Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.
