Payroll Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience in UAE / Middle East payroll implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll implementation, configuration and support activities.
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for regional payroll requirements.
• Configure payroll elements, salary components, deductions, allowances, payroll calculations and payroll flows.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations.
• Support UAE / Middle East payroll localization, statutory requirements and applicable compliance processes.
• Handle payroll processing, reconciliation, costing, retroactive pay and payroll troubleshooting.
• Integrate Payroll with Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and other HCM modules.
• Support data migration, functional testing, UAT, parallel payroll runs and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and test scenarios.
• Provide production support and resolve payroll-related issues.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Mandatory UAE / Middle East payroll domain experience.
• Experience in payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, elements, balances and payroll flows.
• Knowledge of regional payroll statutory and compliance requirements.
• Experience in end-to-end implementations and/or production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Candidate Requirements

• 8–15 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must have practical experience with UAE / Middle East payroll; generic Oracle HCM experience alone is not sufficient.
• Candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Hyderabad or Bangalore
