Job Title: Process Specialist - Payroll

Job Description:

We are looking for a Process Specialist - Payroll with 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in payroll calculations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing accurately and within timelines.
• Perform payroll calculations including salary, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
• Handle statutory compliances such as PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), PT, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
• Ensure payroll data accuracy and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
• Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll calculations and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
• Experience in payroll processing is mandatory; candidates with only payroll support experience will not be considered.
• Good knowledge of payroll systems and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
