What we're looking for:
- 7+ years in payroll operations or accounting support
- Strong experience with EMEA payroll processes
- Proficiency in Excel and large dataset analysis
- Familiarity with Oracle, Workday, ADP, or Blackline
- Solid understanding of payroll accounting (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
- Excellent communication across global teams
