Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Specialist role located in Ahmedabad. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, handling payroll taxes and compliance, managing garnishments, and delivering comprehensive payroll services. Additional responsibilities include responding to payroll inquiries, maintaining payroll records, and staying updated with changes in payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Zoho HRMS Payroll Administration and Zoho HRMS Payroll Processing
- Experience with managing Payroll Taxes and ensuring compliance
- Proficiency in handling Garnishments and related processes
- Experience providing end-to-end Payroll Services via Zoho HRMS
- 2+ years of experience in Zoho Payroll Processing
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Understanding of payroll regulations and laws
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in payroll in Zoho software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource or a related field is preferred
