Payroll Specialist

Position: Payroll Officer (Finance)

Work Location: Gurugram | Work Mode: Work from Office- Sector 45 (Gurugram) / Jasola (Delhi)| Experience: 1–4 Years | Employment Type: Full-time | 5 Days working

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage payroll, employee reimbursements, statutory compliance and employee-related payroll activities. The role requires strong accuracy, confidentiality and employee service orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll including salary, deductions, leave adjustments, variable pay and F&F settlements.
• Manage employee reimbursements and verify supporting documents.
• Ensure payroll, TDS and applicable statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready payroll and employee records.
• Support employee onboarding, exits and benefits-related activities.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and management summaries.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, tax, reimbursements and benefits.
• Support TDS declarations, investment proofs and tax-related activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, HR or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in payroll and employee administration.
• Good understanding of salary TDS and payroll compliance.
• Experience with HRMS/payroll software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical ability and confidentiality.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
